Come pick your own flowers and meet the farmers behind Lady Luck Flower Farm in Sandy Mush, NC.
Established in 2008, Katie and Mike grow 5 acres of flowers, food and herbal medicine. On Saturday Sept. 10th they will be open from 10-2 for visitors to come and pick flowers. There will also be an old-timey apple press in action from heirloom apples harvested from their mountain orchard. Bouquets, t-shirts, small planters and cider will be for sale. Bring a picnic lunch and take your time.
